Great recommendations there, Luke. Much appreciated. Not sure why I don’t have ‘The Untouchables’ in my collection, but I think I will within the next few days!
One soundtrack that I forgot to mention in my previous comment is ‘The Hitcher’ (1986). If you haven’t heard it yet then I would really recommend it.

The music throughout UFO (and indeed most of Gerry’s shows) is excellent. The only thing that disappoints me about many soundtracks is that they don’t contain longer versions of certain pieces, an example of which, in the case of UFO, is the music that plays in ‘Timelash’ when Jackson administers the ‘revelatory’ drug to Straker. But, I guess if longer/extended versions don’t exist then that’s just the way it is.
I’m a collector of soundtracks myself and list ‘Once Upon a Time in the West’, ‘The Prestige’ and ‘Jason and the Argonauts’ (1963) amongst my favourites. Are there any ones that you can recommend to fellow music lovers?

Thanks Mark. Apparently there is a 4 disc (!) version of UFO music coming soon for Fanderson members so the music you’re looking for might be on that.
Given that you like ‘Once Upon a Time in the West’, have you heard any more of Ennio Morricone’s scores? I’d particularly recommend ‘The Mission’ and ‘The Untouchables’ as well as ‘The Good, the Bad and the Ugly’ by him.
Other scores that I really love are ‘Chariots of Fire’ (and the music of Vangelis more generally), the Bourne films and the Ocean’s films among many more.
