I like this episode – especially the wonderful opening scene with the UFO and the incredible editing! I love UFO but listening to this podcast highlights how many relatively uninteresting episodes there were in the first run. The second batch are somewhat different and I look forward to hearing your discussions of these! Keep up the good work!

These episode podcasts are both interesting and informative and can help to bring greater life to some of the episodes. Any chance that, after UFO, you will turn your attention to Space 1999? Your take on some of the episodes from Season 2 will be interesting to say the least.

In these days of political correctness, health and safety, hygiene and anti-terrorism laws, would an episode title with such a violent description (and with an exclamation mark!) be able to get past the censors? These days the episode might have to be re-titled ‘They’re going to get Straker and make him pay!’or even ‘Straker meets his maker!’ Other episodes under similar threat definitely include The Psychobombs, Exposed (sounds too risqué), Close Up (ditto) and Destruction. Any suggestions for alternative titles for these particular episodes can be forwarded to me at:
