Yes, remote dwelling in lovely nocturnal forested setting (as usual) nicely integrating live action with models. As you struggled to parse the etiology of Croxley’s deterioration due to a major lack of clarity in the story so I too wondered what on Earth was cause, effect and relevance. Couldn’t discern the location of the house though we were shown a map upside down that could have been Wales or West Scotland, a good way for the two SHADO idiots to drive to late at night.
Enjoyed the discussion of the obsolescence of the term ‘ESP’. Hadn’t considered that before. Perhaps in this case it stood for Exceptionally Sweaty Pervert:. he didn’t seem like someone you’d trust to refrain from indecent activity with a plate of Jaffa Cakes. Awful teeth too.

Good episode – and I always remember SHADO referring to the crashed UFO as an experimental aircraft at the roadblock. Looking forward to the later episodes too as these are I think the best overall. Thanks for a great podcast!
